Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, School of Engineering - Polytechnic of Porto, since December 1993. I have been teaching undergraduate classes in Digital Systems, Electronics and Power Electronics, and postgraduate classes in Computer Architecture, Digital Systems Design and Digital Systems Testing. Tutor of several PhD and Master students in the areas of Digital Hardware Design, Power Electronics, Design & Test and Remote Experimentation Labs for electronics teaching.
Visiting Professor at Fakultet for teknologi og maritime fag (Faculty of Technology, Natural Sciences and Maritime Sciences), University College of Southeast Norway, since September 2014. I have been teaching graduate classes in Hardware/Software Co-Design of Embedded Systems and tutoring Master students.
