’Licenciatura’ (1999) in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Institute of Engineering of Porto, MSc (2002) in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto and PhD (2007) degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, Portugal.
